Peter Petrelli on Veronica Mars, or not?

Any Veronica Mars fans around? I have a question.

I'm watching Veronica Mars the episode 3.08 right now. Veronica reads a newspaper article, in the middle of the episode, and I think the title of the article is 'Peter Petrelli fell off the sorority house roof'. Is it just me, or is that right? Sorry, this post is not related with Heroes, though I love Heroes, but I haven’t finished Veronica Mars, I will turn to Heroes as soon as I finished it.
